Assistant Director, Street Outreach & Housing Programs

Breaking Ground is looking for an Assistant Director, Programs, Outreach in New York City. The role requires supervision of outreach and housing placement work while collaborating with city agencies and stakeholders to reduce street homelessness. Applicants must have an LMSW and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a strong focus on crisis intervention and effective communication with diverse populations.
