Executive Vice President - Global Sales

We are looking for an experienced EVP of Global Sales to lead our worldwide commercial organization across North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC . This is not a traditional sales-management role. We are looking for a proven aviation aftermarket leader who can build teams, grow gross profit, develop major accounts and aggressively monetize a significant and growing aircraft-component inventory. The EVP Global Sales will report directly to the CEO and have overall accountability for global commercial performance. What You Will Own Global revenue and gross profit growth Sales strategy across NAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC Leadership of Regional Sales Directors, VP‑level commercial leadership, Sales Managers and sales teams Airline, MRO, broker and trader market development Strategic and key-account growth RFQ conversion and response performance Pricing and margin discipline Global sales forecasting and pipeline management New customer acquisition and customer retention Proactive monetization of our aircraft‑component inventory Commercial campaigns around high‑value, strategic and aging inventory Sales‑team performance, accountability and development Consistent CRM, quoting and follow‑up discipline across the global organization Who We Are Looking For You should have significant leadership experience in the commercial aviation aftermarket , ideally involving aircraft components, rotables, expendables, repairs and inventory‑based sales. We are particularly interested in candidates who have: Led regional or global aviation sales teams Strong relationships across airlines, MROs, brokers and traders A demonstrated history of growing revenue and gross profit Experience managing and monetizing significant aviation inventory Strong understanding of aftermarket pricing and market dynamics Built high‑performing sales organizations rather than relying solely on personal relationships Managed sales through KPIs, forecasting, CRM and disciplined commercial processes Experience working across multiple international markets Strong negotiation and strategic‑account‑management capabilities Experience in a rapid‑growth, acquisition‑driven or multi‑company aviation platform is highly desirable.
