We have an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALL CREW LEADER AVAILABLE . If you are self-motivated, professional, good at problem solving plus good at getting people to rally with you, this may be the job for you.

Duties:

Must be able to work independently.
Work with and train any installer apprentice that is assigned to you.
Install different kinds of HVAC equipment.
Travel in company provided cube truck to the customers' homes.
Communicate with homeowners.
Maintain the equipment and tools that are in your assigned cube truck for maximum efficiency.
Complete any necessary paperwork.
Communicate with Install Manager & Warehouse Coordinator.
