Assistant Professor of Practice, College for Health, Community and Policy and Nutrition and Dietetics Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full Time Position Summary The Nutrition and Dietetic program is considering applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Practice to teach the Coordinated Program in Dietetics and Nutrition and Health bachelor's degree for a period of one year with potential for extension. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Nutrition (or related field). Teaching experience in post-secondary educational settings. This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching and/or work experiences in the fields of public health nutrition, food production and management, and food science. Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard). Registered dietitian credential or eligible to take the dietetic registration examination.
