People Operations Manager

Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of People systems and related technologies Drive system adoption, compliance, data integrity, and process efficiency Partner with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and enhance employee-facing tools Build and scale workforce analytics capabilities supporting business decision-making Develop predictive models focused on attrition, talent attraction, internal talent mobility, workforce planning, and labor risk Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights enabling proactive workforce decisions Lead AI strategy and adoption across the employee lifecycle Implement AI-driven solutions for employee support, ticketing, self-service, and operational efficiency Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance employee experience Partner with People, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Operations teams on workforce technology initiatives Lead large-scale projects from design through implementation and adoption Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and measurable business outcomes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business Intelligence, or related functions 5+ years leading enterprise-scale people systems, analytics, or workforce technology initiatives Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations organizations Strong understanding of HRIS, ATS, ticketing systems, workflow automation, and workforce management platforms Experience building and deploying workforce analytics dashboards and predictive models Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs in high-growth, technology-driven environments Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis Must answer whether future sponsorship is required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HR Technology and People Analytics, with a strong focus on workforce planning, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
