Parts Specialist

Job overview: Serve as the main expert of Schneider’s inventory management as a Parts Coordinator in Putnam, CT. Maintain the quantity, accuracy and availability of all parts inventory in the shop. Responsibilities: Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and the parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory. Participate as a member of the shop leadership team and advise the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics. Ensure shop inventory is maintained in accordance with established guidelines. Act as a training back‑up and provide off‑hours support when necessary. Skills and qualifications: Technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of one year of parts inventory experience. Basic math skills.
