Description The Assistant Manager plays a key role in bringing the Via 313 experience to life! We run on a crew of 15-25 committed team members, with 2-8 people scheduled on each shift per trailer, depending on the day of the week. You will have fun as you rotate between the 3 trailers and 1 food truck we have operating (Star Bar, St Elmo's Brewery, Armadillo Den, and Mercer St Taproom). This is a hands‑on leadership role. Assistant Managers actively work alongside the team in daily operations, including kitchen execution, while supporting the entire management team in running a successful restaurant. You’ll coach, motivate, and develop team members while continuing to grow your own skills as a leader.
