Human Resources Manager

Three Six Zero

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement. Employee Relations & Performance Management Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Conduct investigations into workplace concerns, complaints, and policy violations, ensuring appropriate documentation and resolution. Advise managers on employee performance issues and corrective action processes. Facilitate performance review cycles and support the development of performance improvement plans when necessary. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Coordinate the full recruitment process, including posting positions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations. Oversee background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements. Ensure an effective and professional candidate experience. Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the organization. Conduct exit interviews and identify trends or opportunities for organizational improvement. Oversee all separation processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Policies, Compliance & Risk Management Develop, maintain, and update employee handbooks, policies, and HR procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate with legal counsel as needed on employment-related matters. Manage workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, and other employment-related administrative processes. Monitor and communicate legislative changes impacting employment practices. Compensation & Benefits Administration Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs. Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and salary recommendations. Support annual compensation review processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required 2-5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations and performance management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organization. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Three Six Zero
