Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence directly supports our therapeutic mission.You'll Make An Impact By:Restoring client rooms to pristine condition after discharge, ensuring a welcoming space for new arrivalsMaintaining daily cleanliness in occupied client rooms including trash removal, bathroom restocking, and ensuring clean showersManaging linen services by changing bed sheets, blankets, and pillowcases as scheduled or requestedPerforming comprehensive facility cleaning using appropriate cleaning agents and sanitation guidelinesVacuuming carpeted areas and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the facilityKeeping office spaces clean and organized while managing trash removalConducting weekly deep cleaning sessions in all public use areasFollowing Universal infection control and OSHA Bloodborne pathogen standards for all cleaning proceduresImplementing special cleaning protocols for clients with infectious diseases per OSHA standardsEnsuring safety precautions are maintained to prevent client and staff falls or slipsManaging cleaning supply inventory and budget while preventing waste, theft, or misuseAdapting quickly to changing priorities and handling additional essential tasks as assignedIdeal CandidateYou take pride in creating spaces that promote healing and comfort. Your work ethic and attention to detail contribute to our clients' recovery environment every single day.You'll Thrive Here If You Have:High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred2+ years of housekeeping experience preferredAbility to perform continuous physical work including standing, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 poundsExperience climbing ladders safely as neededProficiency with common house cleaning equipment including mops, scouring pads, and vacuum cleanersKnowledge of equipment care, cleaning solution measurements, and hazard awarenessStrong ability to follow oral and written instructionsBasic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft TeamsTolerance for stress and ability to adapt to rapid changes in prioritiesExcellent communication skills and positive, can-do attitudeCommitment to maintaining high quality standards and continuous improvementWork Environment:Full Time, Hourly position supervised by WST LeaderHigh-pressure, sometimes unpredictable environment requiring stress toleranceResidential treatment facility focused on women's mental health recoveryDrug screening and background check requiredReady to make waves?
