Responsibilities

Build meaningful patient relationships educate and coach patients in a supportive, judgment-free way that actually makes a difference

Collaborate as a true clinical partner work alongside doctors who value your input in co-diagnosing and treatment planning

Create a comfortable patient experience help patients feel at ease, heard, and cared for from start to finish

Work with technology that helps you succeed digital tools and updated equipment, plus ongoing support to keep your skills sharp

Qualifications

Are a licensed Dental Hygienist (or graduating soon) who takes pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Enjoy educating and connecting with patients and want the time and support to do it the right way

Are a new grad or experienced clinician we offer support, mentorship, and a team that meets you where you are

Value a collaborative, respectful environment where your clinical judgment is trusted and your voice matters

Prioritize patient safety and care standards (current CPR certification or willingness to obtain)
