Corporate Services Assistant - Service of Process

EMINUTES is a law firm with a focused niche: we form and maintain corporations and LLCs for the entertainment industry and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We manage tens of thousands of entities for the country's top business managers and CPAs, and we've been doing it for 28 years. What makes us different is technology. We've built proprietary software that handles the heavy lifting — so our people can focus on the parts of this work that actually require a human being. As more of the work gets automated, the team we're left with needs to be exceptional at the relationship piece. We're hiring a Service of Process Admin to support our Resident Agent team in West Hollywood. When legal documents are served on the entities we manage, getting them logged, tracked, and into our clients' hands quickly and accurately matters enormously — a missed or mishandled service of process can have serious consequences. This role owns that work, and serves as the on-site point of contact for our West Hollywood office. This is a full-time, in-office position. Five days a week, West Hollywood only — no hybrid. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming service of process documents and legal mail in a timely and accurate manner Ensure legal documents are properly logged and tracked Notify clients upon receipt of legal documents and confirm a forwarding method Prepare, package, and ship legal documents to clients Retain and shred confidential legal documents in accordance with company policy Identify and escalate time-sensitive issues to the Service of Process team Ensure all tasks are completed within our SLAs and quality standards Communicate effectively with the operations team Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and shipping materials Coordinate office setup for new employees — device connectivity, troubleshooting, and the like Provide on-site support as the office point of contact What We're Looking For A genuinely warm, outgoing personality — this matters more than anything else on this list Excellent verbal and written communication Tech-fluent — comfortable learning new software quickly Detail-oriented, and able to work proactively, independently, and accountably Adaptable; thrives in an environment that changes constantly Someone who wants to build something, not just pass through Bachelor's degree from a top school Compensation $75,000 base Profit sharing and pension plan Health insurance Maternity/paternity leave If you're bright, capable, and the kind of person clients want to talk to — we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr EMINUTES
