The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as product specifications or order forms
