Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is partnering with a company in the educational products industry to identify a Customer Service Representative. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing support related to orders, shipments, and general inquiries while helping to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer portals for order activity, updates, and shipping notifications
- Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues with urgency and professionalism
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews across various platforms
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 13 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Positive, customer-focused approach
Position Details
- Compensation: $20.00 $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
- Location: Hybrid schedule with three days onsite in Vernon Hills, IL and two days remote
