We're looking for a high-performing Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations to play a central role in how our marketing organization prioritizes, operates, and delivers results across our portfolio of consumer brands — A1 Garage Door Service, Don's Garage Doors, Welborn Garage Doors, and Garage Door Doctor.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing operations. You'll lead a small team, turn strategy into execution, run high-visibility marketing programs and cross-functional initiatives, and bring greater rigor to performance, planning, resource management, and team productivity — working directly with, and reporting to, the CMO. The ideal candidate is a marketer who also happens to be a strong operator: analytical, commercially minded, highly accountable, and comfortable moving between the details and the bigger picture.

This role leads a team of two today, with real opportunity to scale and grow that team as the organization expands.

What You’ll Do

• Drive marketing operations. Own marketing intake, prioritization, project management, and workflow across Asana and ServiceTitan. Create visibility and accountability around priorities, timelines, and execution across our four consumer brands.

• Lead key marketing programs. Take ownership of high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution — for example, customer activation and reactivation programs and cross-brand infrastructure buildouts, such as our national showroom program — with clear goals and measurable business outcomes.

• Improve performance. Establish KPIs, analyze results, build test-and-learn plans, and turn insights into actions that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency across brands and channels.

• Lead cross-functional execution. Partner across marketing and with key stakeholders — including field operations, real estate/facilities, and outside agencies and vendors — to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver integrated initiatives.

• Manage resources thoughtfully. Support budgeting, expense management, vendor and agency relationships, and resource allocation across a multi-brand marketing budget, with a focus on value, performance, and return.

• Leverage AI and automation. Build on existing investments — including our AI booking agent and emerging agentic capabilities on top of our CRM — to simplify work, accelerate execution, improve decision-making, and increase team productivity.

• Continuously improve. Identify bottlenecks, challenge inefficient processes, and build scalable ways of working as the organization scales past 100+ locations.

• Build and develop your team. Manage and grow a team of two today, with the opportunity to scale the team further as scope expands — hiring, coaching, and setting a high bar for execution.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience with exposure across multiple marketing disciplines.

• Strong project and program management capabilities, including complex cross-functional work.

• A performance-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort using data to make decisions.

• Experience owning marketing programs or initiatives tied to measurable customer or business outcomes.

• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with budgets, expenses, vendors, or resource planning.

• Practical experience using AI and technology to improve productivity or results.

• Strong communication, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A high degree of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to influence across teams without relying on authority.

• Experience directly managing and developing people, with the ability to scale a team as scope grows.

• Experience in multi-location, multi-brand, or franchise-style businesses is a plus.

Compensation Range: $120K - $140K
