Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN/LVN or RN license required. Working knowledge of all regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS. Responsibilities: Coordinates and completes comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensures accuracy and timeliness of assessment data. Serves as a resource person for resident care planning activities and conducts orientation sessions on the MDS process.
