You would be providing on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include: Flexible schedule, work on case‑by‑case basis Personalized support Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app Supplemental income Requirements Independently licensed in the State of Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) Minimum of a master's degree in mental health Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
