Job Summary

We are seeking a Welding Inspector – Quality for a Miscellaneous Shop environment. This position is responsible for inspecting welds and ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience checking welds and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
Identify weld defects and communicate findings to production teams
Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Work closely with shop personnel to ensure consistent workmanship
Assist with quality documentation and reporting as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience checking and inspecting welds is required
CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment
Must be able to train on 1st shift

Schedule

Training will take place on 1st shift
Shift schedule to be discussed during the interview process
