Assistant Administrator Position

Glen Park Senior Living is now seeking someone to join our team as an Assistant Administrator. As a leader in the senior housing industry, Glen Park in Glendale is looking for a leader who is an expert at building personal relationships with potential residents and their families. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Executive Director, by generally accepted administrative practices.
• Maintain personnel records and documentation standards called for by Title 22, Title 17, and company policies.
• Serve as backup to the Executive Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completion of an approved residential-elderly administrator certification program.
• Completion of at least 15 college or continuing education units. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Current training in first aid and CPR. Have the personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Boynton St Glendale, CA 91205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Assistant Administrator: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification
• RCFE License
• Bachelor's Degree
