Institutional Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview Institutional Client Relationship Manager (CRM) within the Institutional Client Service Group. Responsible for overseeing and servicing a territory of institutional investors, including large corporate, public, and endowment/foundation plan sponsors. The role involves maintaining and growing relationships, coordinating with field consultants, and leveraging internal resources to deliver superior client service. Responsibilities Retain and grow relationships with institutional clients in the assigned territory. Conduct proactive calls and site visits to deliver a superior client service experience. Collaborate with senior and associate relationship managers, institutional sales support, and other Capital Group teams. Coordinate with clients' field consultants to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize Capital Group’s internal resources to support client needs and achieve client outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in the institutional space. Demonstrated record of excellence in client service and sales within institutional channels. Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and lead teams. Experience navigating all of Capital Group’s internal resources to support client service. Flexibility to travel as required. Registration Requirements Series 7, Series 66 or 63, and Series 65 licenses are required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 Eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% company contribution to eligible earnings.
