Description

This is a remote contract opportunity for a Network Engineer II, requiring current residency in Wisconsin. The role involves managing network infrastructure and telecommunication services, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, and utilizing ITIL-based frameworks for problem-solving. Experience in vendor management and call center operations is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network infrastructure and telecommunication services.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure optimal network performance.
Implement and maintain frameworks for problem, incident, and request management.
Coordinate with vendors to manage network-related services.
Support call center operations to enhance network efficiency.

Qualifications

3 years of experience with telecommunication services.
3 years of experience working with leadership and stakeholders.
2 years of experience with ITIL-based frameworks for problem, incident, and request management.
2 years of experience in vendor management.
3 years of experience in call center operations (preferred).
