Business Development Manager- Dallas (USA)

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive on-ground sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition for Unlimit Mobile across Dallas and the surrounding Texas region . The role focuses on expanding our market presence among international students, travel communities, retail partners, telecom distributors, and local businesses. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute field sales strategies to drive SIM/eSIM sales across Dallas and nearby markets. Identify and onboard channel partners , including retail stores, mobile phone shops, travel agencies, convenience stores, electronics retailers, and wireless dealers. Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, international student associations, educational institutions, and multicultural communities . Conduct on-ground activations, campus events, promotional campaigns, and roadshows to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets . Recruit, train, and manage field sales executives and brand promoters . Expand the company's retail and distribution network throughout the region. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Ensure a seamless customer onboarding, SIM/eSIM activation, and post-sales support experience . Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and promotional activities. Maintain regular reports on sales performance, partner onboarding, and market intelligence. Key Requirements 2–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B & B2C sales, telecom, FMCG, fintech, or consumer technology . Strong understanding of the Dallas/Texas market , preferably with experience working with international student communities or multicultural customer segments. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively across Dallas and nearby cities for business development activities. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel locally is preferred. Preferred Background Experience in telecom, SIM cards, eSIM solutions, MVNOs, or travel technology . Exposure to the international student segment and university ecosystem. Experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor onboarding, retail partnerships, or business expansion .
