Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving hiring outcomes for site-based operations while supporting broader hiring needs across BPO and OPI (1099) programs as required. This role operates as a player-coach, carrying an active requisition load while leading recruiting efforts to ensure consistent pipeline generation, hiring performance, and alignment to business demand. The position is accountable for building scalable talent pipelines, developing community partnerships, and supporting talent marketing initiatives to improve speed, cost efficiency, and overall hiring effectiveness. Responsabilities: Carry an active requisition load across site-based BPO roles and OPI/1099 interpreter roles (as needed). Lead by example in sourcing, screening, and candidate closing while directly supporting hiring targets through hands‑on execution. Own hiring performance for assigned site(s), including El Paso and Tempe, and ensure consistent delivery against hiring goals. Maintain continuous pipeline coverage for priority roles, ramp programs, and language‑based hiring needs. Support hiring across additional regions or programs as business needs evolve. Partner with leadership to align hiring plans to demand, timelines, and workforce priorities. Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, military and veteran programs, workforce development agencies, universities, training programs, and cultural or language-based communities. Develop repeatable, partnership‑driven talent pipelines and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives. Partner with Talent Marketing and Social Media teams to support targeted hiring campaigns aligned with local and global hiring needs. Provide input on market positioning, candidate messaging, and outreach strategies to strengthen employer brand effectiveness. Lead, coach, and support recruiting team members (if applicable). Set expectations related to pipeline generation, conversion, and hiring outcomes. Track performance and hold team members accountable to established KPIs. Monitor and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, time to fill, and time to start. Ensure accurate tracking of sourcing activity, candidate progression, and hiring outcomes. Use data insights to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in performance. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, and Quality Assurance teams. Ensure hiring strategies align with business demand, candidate requirements, and operational timelines. Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and support the implementation of process improvements. Drive enhancements that increase speed, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency across hiring operations. Required Skills: 5-8+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience. Experience in high‑volume hiring environments. Experience in BPO or call center recruiting environments. Experience with multilingual or diverse hiring (preferred). Demonstrated ability to manage an active requisition load while simultaneously supporting broader hiring initiatives. Proven experience building talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving, and high‑demand environment.
