Located in Elyria, OH Salary: 23 #LORAIN Field Technician Elyria, OH Starting Pay: $23-$25 per hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Technician to join our team in Elyria. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment or systems Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work performed Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude (required) Prior field service or hands-on technical experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred (Not Required) EPA Section 608 Certification Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent travel to job sites within the local area Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($23-$25/hour based on experience) Opportunities for training and skill development Stable, full-time position with growth potential Apply today to join a team that values skill, reliability, and hands-on expertise!
