• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and efficiency to maximize satisfaction.
• Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel management systems and procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
• Foster strong guest relations by creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Skills:

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk functions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a professional manner.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations, billing, and guest records.
