Your Day-to-Day as the Floating General Manager: As the Floating General Manager, you’ll take charge of operations across your assigned locations, building strong connections with hourly team members, corporate staff, and guests alike. You’ll lead the charge in recruiting, training, and keeping top talent engaged and motivated. You’ll also make sure every dish meets our high standards — following recipes, plating, garnishes, and serving food hot and fresh, all within the right time frame.

The Must Haves:

·        The Floating General Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

·        Open availability is a requirement for the Floating General Manager

·        The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Floating General Manager

·        The Floating General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

·        This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Floating General Manager
