What You'll Do: Provide assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language challenges. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Conduct therapy sessions and monitor the effectiveness of interventions. Participate in team meetings and provide expert advice on communication strategies. What We’re Looking For: A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida. Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
