Ecommerce Specialist

Lovisa is looking for an eCommerce Specialist, who is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences, managing daily website & app operations and using data to drive online commercial results. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily management of website & app in line with eCommerce strategy to drive trade. Own the end-to-end management of website & app operations – including content, merchandising, search, promotions and product collections to enhance user engagement and optimize conversion. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance website experience and performance. Responsible for monitoring website friction points, conversion rates and customer behaviour. Report on sales trends, customer funnels, search and merchandising initiatives on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis. Keep finger on the pulse with competitor activity and market best-practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, IT, planning and customer service to deliver ecommerce objectives. Ensure website content, product information, promotions and campaigns are executed accurately. Provide guidance and support to eCommerce Coordinator. About You: 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce or similar Exposure to global or international teams/markets is highly desirable Strong knowledge of commercial trading, ecommerce merchandising and conversion rate optimization Confident managing a large volume of skus High attention to detail whilst in fast-paced environment Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative Experience with Shopify, GA4, merchandising platforms and product information management tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr RiseMe
