HBM Interface Architect for High-Performance Memory

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a seasoned memory architect to own HBM IO blocks and subsystems from architecture through post-silicon debug in a fast-paced environment in Richardson, TX. The role requires deep expertise in HBM, DDR, and mixed-signal design, with strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
