Chief Estimator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Chief Estimator to join our leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our company. What You'll Do Purcellville, Virginia Lead all estimating operations for heavy civil and site development projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Develop competitive, accurate estimates and proposals Coordinate with project management, operations, and company leadership Build relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Help improve estimating systems, workflows, and best practices Mentor and support the estimating team What We're Looking For Extensive estimating experience in heavy civil construction, sitework, utilities, grading, and excavation Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing multiple pursuits and deadlines Knowledge of construction means and methods Experience with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid (preferred) Why TJT?
