Driven by the human side of hospitality, we deliver service with passion, loyalty with purpose, and experiences that truly connect.Job DescriptionThe Banquet Houseperson is responsible for the set-up and teardown of function rooms as stated on Banquet Event Orders (BEO).Key Job FunctionsObtain next day banquet orders from banquet officeSet up function room according to diagram or written instructions on banquet event orderSet tables and place chairsLift and stack chairs for long periods of timeRoll and position equipmentWork off premises for catered functions, which involves carrying equipmentShampoo carpet and chairs as neededBuild solid relationship with your ColleaguesTreat colleagues with respect and dignityOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
