Job PostingResponsibilities:Prepare and enter journal entries into Oracle accounting programPerform month end tasks for closingReconcile general ledger accountsInteract with various other departments within the CasinoCross train with other staff accountantsDocument and improve internal controls and processesProcess all W-2G formsPerform other duties as assigned by managerWorking Conditions:Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment, either alone or with othersExposure to paper and/or dust particlesSubject to outdoor temperaturesExposed to smoke, bright lights, and noiseOperation of various machines and equipment including, but not limited to, shredders, copiers, laminating and binding machines and computer equipmentLicense Requirements:Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation Gaming LicenseTarget Salary Range: (55,000)QualificationsExperience:Preferred: Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation Gaming License Occasionally walk, reach, and lift in the use of the photocopy machine Occasionally reach, bend, and lift boxes weighing up to 20lbs.
