Above all, we value collaboration, diversity, and inclusiveness in each of our practice areas. Role Description The Accounting Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Playa del Rey, CA. Daily tasks may include time and expense tracking, processing expense reports, scheduling vendor payments, vendor account reconciliation, updating client ledgers, responding to internal inquiries, and providing general support for the accounting team. Qualifications Accounting background Legal billing experience; understanding of hourly billing and flat fee contingency arrangements Analytical skills; ability to explain the details of an account and process account reconciliations Knowledge of QuickBooks, trust accounting, and Sage Timeslips or other legal billing software Communicates well within and outside the firm; is a team player Pay range DOE: $30-40/hour; guaranteed 40 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
