Assistant Project Manager

BlastOne, a rapidly expanding, family-oriented global leader in the Industrial Corrosion Control Industry, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the delivery of multi-million-dollar design/build projects. This is your chance to be part of a team building blasting and coating facilities that shape the future of shipyards, industrial plants, and defense infrastructure. You’ll play a key internal role, keeping projects on track by ensuring equipment and materials are delivered on time and on budget. As An Assistant Project Manager, You Will Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on projects ranging from $5M–$50M. Take ownership of internal coordination, including procurement, equipment tracking, and documentation. Ensure all manufactured and purchased equipment is delivered on time and within budget. Manage RFIs, submittals, change order documentation, and project files in Procore. Track action items, follow up relentlessly, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Assist with scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Provide critical internal support so project managers can focus on client-facing execution. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience supporting project teams in industrial, construction, or equipment-related environments. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with design/build projects and industrial equipment integration. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Procore experience a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
