Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our expanding remote team as a Booking & Client Support Specialist.

This position focuses on assisting clients throughout the travel coordination process, helping organize reservations, answering questions, and ensuring important details are handled accurately. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing exceptional support, this could be an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in a flexible remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with coordinating travel-related requests and reservation details
  • Review available travel options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and vacation experiences
  • Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process
  • Help maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and itinerary information
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Respond to questions regarding travel arrangements and available services
  • Monitor booking updates and assist with travel-related changes when needed
  • Maintain organized digital files and client information
  • Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
  • Stay informed on supplier updates, destination information, and travel opportunities

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved locations
  • Must be comfortable communicating professionally in English
