Project Manager - Civil Engineering ( Hybrid )

Location: Either Indianapolis, IN; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC

Leads architectural and engineering projects for healthcare facilities, coordinating with clients, design teams, and construction administrators to deliver projects on time and within budget. Manages the project life cycle from planning through construction documentation, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct architectural and engineering projects from planning through construction documentation.

• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and RFIs.

• Lead design reviews, conduct QA/QC analysis, and oversee deliverables.

• Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.

• Review contracts, approve invoices, and participate in site visits.

• Mentor assistant project managers and foster professional growth.

• Manage project designs nationwide.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture

• 6+ years in building design as a project manager

• Federal and private sector healthcare experience

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

• Travel up to 30%

• MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

• Licensed Engineer or Architect (PE or RA required)

• PMP certification desirable
