Custom Home Project Manager in Austin

Job Description Experienced residential on-site construction project manager Job Summary As a Project Manager you will manage medium to large-scale custom home construction, remodeling, and/or renovation projects ranging from $3,000,000 to $10,000,000 in the Austin and Hill Country areas. Management duties include estimating and budget oversight, trade scheduling and coordination, managing inspections, leading construction/design team meetings with trades, architects, designers, and homeowners, and client relationship management. Duties may also include participating in company team strategy and management meetings. Required Experiences Minimum 5 yrs. Experience in high end custom home building and remodeling/renovation with verifiable references Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans Must have field experience as a tradesman, carpenter, etc. Job costing and tracking experience Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or other project management software (Procore or equivalent) Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action, self-driven to find effective solutions Excellent communication skills A strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment Meticulous attention to detail and quality People skills Organized Leadership skills Delegating tasks Great problem solver Able to stay on task and carry out/complete a project Work independently and in a team Company Overview At FSB Custom Homes, we build homes and relationships that last.
