This role serves as the main point of contact for customers in the service department, coordinating repairs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A valid driver’s license and prior service writing experience are essential, with a preference for heavy-duty equipment background. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday and a compensation package that includes both a base salary and monthly commission.
