Job Overview law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Product Liability Litigation practice in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mass torts, class action, and product liability, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Duties Represent clients in product liability litigation cases. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with team members on case strategy and development. Participate in client meetings and court proceedings. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in product liability litigation. Experience with mass torts and class action cases preferred. Top academic credentials from a first-tier law school (top 20% of class). Strong research, analytical, and writing skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
