Client Protection Representative

Help clients make confident decisions about protection for themselves and their families.

AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families across our markets. You will help clients understand insurance options and guide them through a needs-based review process.

We are looking for candidates who are motivated by service, personal growth, and the opportunity to build a high-performing career.

Core Duties

Work with warm leads supplied by the company
Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
Review individual and family insurance needs
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
Build trust through clear communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
