Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast‑paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Additional requirements: Well‑versed in the mechanics of leading Capital Market transactions Experience leading due diligence teams General corporate and corporate governance experience Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and a willingness to train junior associates Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
