Corporate Associate | New York (Hybrid) – $260k–$390k

Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Base Salary: $260k–$390k (market-leading compensation aligned with class year and performance, plus substantial bonuses)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support complex M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions from due diligence through signing and closing.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and disclosure schedules.
• Advise clients on capital markets, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters.
• Coordinate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals for multinational clients.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD from a top law school and active NY bar.
• 2–5 years of corporate / M&A experience at a reputable law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client skills.
