RESTAURANT MANAGER/SHIFT LEAD

At Blue Crab Grill, our managers are working managers - they lead the shift while also serving, bartending, and jumping in wherever the restaurant needs support. We're looking for someone who can confidently take charge of a shift, lead the team and maintain our service standards while working alongside everyone else.
THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:
Previous restaurant management, assistant management, or strong shift-lead experience The ability to independently run a restaurant shift Strong front-of-house and guest-service experience Experience coaching and holding staff accountable Confidence with handling guest concerns and service recovery Cash handling and manager responsibilities Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skillsSCHEDULE
We're specifically looking for someone who can consistently commit to: SUNDAYS + 2 additional shifts during the week Daytime/opening availability is strongly preferred. Additional hours may be available depending on availability and business needs.PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is not an entry-level management position. We're looking for someone who already understands the restaurant operations and can step into a leadership role with confidence.
