Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for performing laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires accuracy, adherence to safety protocols, and certification compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow established protocols and safety procedures to guarantee specimen integrity and safety.
• Document test results clearly and accurately in the laboratory information system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide timely and accurate laboratory data.
• Maintain certification and stay current with industry standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active ASCP Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification.
• Possess proven experience in clinical laboratory testing and analysis.
• Demonstrate knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in sample processing and data recording.
• Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in a fast-paced environment.
