Human Resources Director

The Ford Agency is searching for an experienced Director of Human Resources for a growing Bethesda based professional services firm. The Director will work closely with the HR team and oversee functions including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role will collaborate with a close knit HR team to best support corporate and staff needs. This is a 3 month interim role with the opportunity to be considered for the permanent position. Responsibilities Oversee all payroll functions, including audits, data integrity and reporting Create HR data reports and analytics for efficiency analysis and strategy Full cycle benefits administration including 401K administration and open enrollment Manage employee relations, including policies and regulatory compliance Monitor and oversee compensation programing and utilizing benchmarking tools Work collaboratively with the overall HR team on any special programming or initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of HR operational experience, including full cycle payroll and benefits administration Strong data analytics and reporting skills. Experience with McLagan or other compensation benchmarking tools a plus Ability to work effectively independently and as a collaborative team Compensation $80 hourly DOE Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ford Agency
