NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading company in the warranty industry that is looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to support its recruiting team on a 4–6 month contract.

This team has an immediate need for someone who understands what it takes to recruit commission-only sales professionals at high volume. This is a hands-on recruiting role where success comes from consistent outreach, strong candidate conversations, organization, and the ability to keep multiple pipelines moving at once.

If you are someone who enjoys a fast pace, is comfortable picking up the phone, and knows how to build rapport quickly with sales candidates, this could be a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit high volumes of candidates for commission-only sales roles
• Complete 50+ outbound candidate outreaches each day
• Conduct approximately 7+ candidate interviews or screens per day
• Source and engage candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
• Qualify candidates and move them efficiently through the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and notes in Greenhouse ATS
• Stay in regular communication with candidates and internal hiring partners
• Manage several openings and active candidate pipelines at the same time
• Take ownership of your individual recruiting goals while working closely with a remote recruiting team
• Deliver a professional candidate experience, even when working at a high volume

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of high-volume sales recruiting experience
• Hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience required
• Proven experience recruiting commission-only sales professionals
• Experience working in a recruiting environment with defined production and activity expectations
• A successful track record working as part of a remote recruiting team
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication and candidate follow-up skills
• Ability to organize and manage a high volume of candidates without losing attention to detail
• Comfortable being measured against recruiting activity and production goals
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, accountable, and willing to jump in wherever the team needs support

Who Will Do Well in This Role

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys high-volume recruiting.

You should be comfortable spending a significant part of your day reaching out to candidates, conducting interviews, following up, and keeping your pipeline moving. The recruiting team operates at a fast pace, so strong communication and personal accountability are important.

Most importantly, we need someone who has actually recruited  commission-only sales professionals . Experience recruiting salaried sales positions is valuable, but this role requires an understanding of the different candidate profile, motivation, and recruiting approach needed to successfully hire commission-driven salespeople.

Assignment Details

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 months
• Work Environment: Remote
• Start Date: Ability to begin within a few days of selection is strongly preferred
• Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
