By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant. You'll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.ResponsibilitiesDevelop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, artificial intelligence, trading and data science/quant from high-growth tech companies, trading firms, hedge funds and other elite technical organisationsScreen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fitRun high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiencesNegotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive marketsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines Fuse Energy LLC
