Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage explanations, and account updates
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and documentation requests
• Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems
• Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed on agency products, procedures, and insurance guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems preferred
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Insurance license preferred but not required (training available depending on agency)
