Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Madison, AL| Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. In this role, you'll help children strengthen their communication, language, speech, and feeding skills through individualized, play-based therapy. Working alongside experienced therapists and supportive families, you'll create meaningful connections, celebrate every milestone, and empower children to build skills they'll use for a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language difficulties, addressing problematic behaviors as needed.
• Identify and implement effective treatment options, while advising and counseling teachers on techniques for consistent application outside the treatment environment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific functional needs.
• Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress for children on your caseload.
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of speech-language pathology.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities and behaviors.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• A master's degree or greater in speech-language pathology is required.
• Valid license to practice as a speech-language pathologist or in the process of obtaining a license.
• Expertise in utilizing Google Suite products professionally.
