Junior Associate Attorney

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), a multi-office national defense firm and the largest minority owned law firm in the United States, is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our Miami office, supporting our Insurance Defense practice. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. About the Role The Associate Attorney will support attorneys handling a variety of insurance defense matters while managing an active caseload and gaining hands‑on litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1–2 years of insurance defense experience seeking to further develop their litigation skills within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and eager to grow their practice while delivering exceptional client service.
