Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Los Angeles, CA for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, meal preparation, food presentation, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met, managing food inventory and costs, and coordinating special dining events or requests. The Executive Chef will also take ownership of maintaining high standards in food quality and adhering to food safety regulations. Qualifications Culinary skills in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and supervising kitchen staff Knowledge of dietary requirements, nutrition, and food safety standards Experience in inventory control, cost management, and kitchen budgeting Creativity in developing diverse and appealing menus Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus Certified Executive Chef (CEC) designation or equivalent culinary certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
